Didirikan pada 12 Oktober 1999 berdasarkan Akta Notaris No. 23 oleh Harjono Moekiran, SH, dan disahkan oleh Departemen Kehakiman dengan Nomor: C-14.189 HT.01.01.TH.2000 pada 14 Juli 2000. Perubahan penanggung jawab terjadi pada 22 September 2005, berdasarkan Akta Notaris No. 8 oleh Emi Ludfia, SH, dan disahkan oleh Departemen Tenaga Kerja Indonesia melalui Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan dan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri No. KEP-719/D.PPTKLN/2005 pada 27 Oktober 2005. Perubahan terbaru berdasarkan Akta Notaris No. 6 oleh Chilmiyati Rufaida, SH, pada tanggal 23 Juni 2023, disahkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dengan Nomor AHU-0037666.AH.01.02 Tahun 2023 pada 05 Juli 2023.
Based on Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia granted Risk-Based Business Licensing to PT. ASAMULIA INDOMANPOWER under License Number 91202064415020001 on November 24, 2021. This license remains valid as long as the company conducts its business activities.
